My in-store experience was great, Lisa helped me a lot and I was really happy when I left, but now I'm just waiting for my watch and I have no idea what's happening with it." CS Rep: "I apologize for the frustration you're experiencing with the wait time for your watch. I understand how important it is to receive timely updates. Could you please provide me with your order number or the name Lisa assisted you under?" Customer: "Yes, the order number is 12345. I’m really disappointed because I thought everything was sorted out, and now I feel completely in the dark. The online tracking for my order is useless." CS Rep: "Thank you. Let me look that up for you right now. I see your order for a watch is indeed awaiting shipment from the manufacturer. We understand the online tracking hasn't been as helpful as it should be, and we're truly sorry for that lack of transparency.
